I have won a total of $4200 from this casino. I placed a withdrawal on June 5, 2016 for $2500. I was sent an acknowledgement email. I sent all of the required documentation. I placed another withdrawal for $1700 on June 20 and received a second email acknowledgment. Again, I sent documentation. On June 14 I noticed my $2500 withdrawal was declined and reversed back into play. I contacted the casino by chat option. I was told that their security dept had been trying to reach me and without contact my withdrawal was declined. I was told they called 3 times. (I never received such calls). I was then asked if their security could call me at that moment and I agreed. Someone called immediately and we verified my information. After that call, I re-submitted my $2500 withdrawal (having lost two weeks on it). I continued playing at this casino. I contacted them again on June 27 by chat option. I was told at that time that their primary processor was down and there was a delay. They were having to use their secondary processor. After checking other complaints on this site regarding this casino, it appears that the processor has been down for quite some time now, at least May and June and July so far. I have not been told any time frame for payment, only that I will be emailed when my first payment is sent out. I am concerned that I may not get paid my winnings. It's been nearly 7 weeks now. My concerns began with reversing my winnings and saying they had called me. No one called me until the security guy called on the 14th (due to my inquiring by chat). There was no mention in the June 14th chat session or in the phone call about a processor being down and delaying payments. :( I would just like to have my winnings.
