Waiting months for $173.00


Requested a withdrawal on February 19, 2017 for $173.00. Followed all verification procedures, was missing a couple of things and they were very good to let me know so that I could remedy the situation. I normally use Credit Unions to do my banking and saw that to be an issue so went through the trouble of actually opening a regular bank account to do a wire transfer, and then to make it easier for all involved opened a bitcoin account 3 months ago. I contact them weekly just about in reference to this payout but always get the "we will escalate this for you" . It has been escalated roughly 4 times. As soon as I got wind of the "fork" in Bitcoin, approximately 2 weeks before it happened on 7/31 I contacted them to avoid any issues it may have caused in my payout and was told it would maybe be paid out prior to that date, and again they would escalate. So after this all transpires I get in touch to be sure they are not using the Bitcoin Cash because Coinbase, which is what my wallet is through is not going to support that. I am assured that it doesn't matter as long as they have my valid wallet address. Seems like an unreasonable amount of time to wait for a measly $173.00.

I did not reverse my winnings, however I do recall logging on to Planet 7 a good while back and thinking the balance was higher than I remembered it to be the last time I had played. Didn't realize why and no one at the casino has ever mentioned this to me with all the times I had called or did a live chat. They all made it sound like they could see a pending payment for $173.00 In fact they asked if was contacting them about the $173 witdrawal and I would confirm. Maybe they just dont have access to that much info, but I would have thought with all the people I have spoken to and as many times as it had been escalated someone would have come forward with this info before I had to go to this. Please let us know if you reversed your withdrawal and played of your winnings. Keep in mind that in case you fail to respond within the given time AskGamblers Complaints Team will have no other option but to reject this complaint upon casino's statement because you don't have a valid claim anymore.

I'm sorry for my delay in response on this.

I've reviewed your account and what I see is that we did not have your documents on hand at the time of your withdrawal. As a result of this, your withdrawal was denied and the funds returned to your player account. Since that point, you've played those funds and there is no longer any withdrawal pending.
