Still waiting and waiting on a $250 payment


I made a withdrawal of $250 on 11/12/2016 and got no confirmation through email or any kind of doing so. They will only allow you to look back in History for transactions 30 days back, so who ever didn't copy their transactions on their own can not get any proof of any kind. I played in many Casinos and none of it operates like they don't exist. I'm glad I made a copy myself. Contact through their live chat, where it's obvious that no one ever works in withdrawal department but I can easily contact deposit department got me a red flag immediately. After many tries to just speak to someone I finally got an agent confirming my withdrawal and with answer that it takes up to 20 business days to receive a check, and that time was close to due and today is way over due. I don't know how they get away with this but someone has to stop them, shame on you people really, I just withdrew from another Casino company in 4 days, does it really take couple months for Planet 7 to print a check, I don't think so. It's fraud if you ask me, so I decided after another fail to contact their support to ask you guys for help.

Just checked my account, check cleared, funds are available.

Thank you AskGamblers team and thank you Tawni and Elena and I hope I don't ever talk to you here again as I am giving Planet 7 another chance so please make your company play fair for all the players. You have a good software, easy to succeed with, but someone on the top is obviously doing something wrong that you are holding on players payments. Poor management is what it is, probably bad investments with money that was supposed to be payed out and then us players are affected. FIX YOUR MANAGMENT TEAM PLANET 7

Received the check, deposited yesterday and now waiting to clear. I will close this as soon as check clears on my bank account.
