Waiting 8 months for $4112.14
After submitting the requested documentation numerous times and waiting several months I advised them of my plans to reach out to an attorney if not resolved. Now my account has been closed and access to info has been denied. I have no idea where the money is. I cannot reach anyone via phone and I've not gotten any returned calls. Emails are going unanswered and each chat session I attempt is responded to with a generic "you no longer have access to our casino" and then the chat abruptly ends. I had an attorney friend attempt to reach them but he has not been able to get a response either. I had hoped to avoid actual legal action since it will cost more than what I am owed but I feel like they cannot cheat someone and get away with it. I abided by all the rules. I met all required guidelines. I kept being told over and over that they were not getting my documentation even though I kept getting received email notifications. This was my first online gambling experience and I can assure you it will be my last.
