Very Slooooow Pay
Requested withdrawal on the 15th of January, 2016 today is the 1st of March, and I have still not received payment. I have had several interactions with SilverOak to include calls, emails and live chats. I was informed that I would see a tracking number by the 26th of February and still nothing. Just a few moments ago (March 1st), they are still waiting for a response from the processor. They take seconds to withdrawal money from your account when you make a deposit, but when you request a withdrawal, they take 6 plus weeks! How would I like this resolved? I would like to receive my withdrawal ASAP.
