Very delayed payment of $1600
I won $1600 in October of this year at your casino and it was approved relatively quickly (within a week); however, since then I have had to jump through many hoops in order to get accurate information on the withdrawal. It took talking to and sending my withdrawal information to several different emails and people in order to be told that my account was updated with everything. Regardless, they said that now that my account information is updated I will get a tracking number from Fed Ex with my check in it; however, they told me this two weeks ago and still haven't received anything.
