I signed up for this casino, received couple bonus, Now I want to withdrawall first time and i send verification docs.As published by Rich Casino documents are verified within 24 hours. I have wait now 4days and no response from Rich Casino. I am not able to withdrawall.my account still shows I need to submit verification docs.

I receive only the auto response mails but no one contact me. I have now 200€ on my account waiting for withdrawall.
I send all documents to securi­[email protected]­ric­hca­sin­o.com which they wants.i dont know what to do anymore

We noticed that you also made a second payout request.

For any future payout requests, please note that as per our Terms and Conditions, rule 2.4.1., we shall honor one payout approval per account, per review and per week. If you submitted more withdrawal requests simultaneously, only one of the submissions shall be subject to review.
