Verification documents sent multiple times but not reviewed and approved yet
I have sent all my documentations required from them, And still havent heard anything back i was told by customer service that it was to blurry so i re sent everything once again, I received an email from Vivein stating everything is good but my utility bill wasn't she stated to resend one that complies, which I have sent (Internet Bill) spoke with customer service again and this time i was advised that i had to re send all documentation again. Which i have done once again, Iv been dealing with this for the last 3-6 months. And now Im not getting any response or help from customer service.
I would like my total amount to be payed out as soon as possible...
