Verification of account taking forever!

Hello I joined casino on net on the 20/1/15 and I played live roulette and won some money...I then subsequently had my account 'temporarily' blocked and was asked to send in Notarized documentation to verify myself...I thought this was a little extreme as this procedure takes several hundred pounds to obtain...I got the NI and sent it via the upload ID section within the cashier of the casino...at first they did not receive this so I emailed it to them over 3 weeks ago as well...in this time I have been constantly told after I have chased them that the review of my account is still in process and they will contact me with any updates...I understand the casinos need to safeguard that they paying the correct person etc but I NEVER even withdrew the money and have not even completed the wagering of the bonus ??? also I dont know how long I have to complete the wagering on my account but it has been a month now since I won and am afraid my bonus will expire, why does it take this casino almost a month to verify NI from me ??

I want this account restored asap as I have several thousand pounds in there which I have legitimately won and am being restricted from using it further by what I can only deem as delaying tactics.

No casino On net have not responded, I will be seeking legal action as they asked for NI to restore the account and they have been in receipt of this for several weeks and still I am none the wiser when the account will be restored.

Bonus expired whilst account being left frozen from them purposely

Hi , I opened a casino on net net account and recieved the welcome bonus and managed to win 5000gbp. Happy days. My account was duly suspended and I was asked for Notarized I.d before Ive even wagered or withdrew. I know bonuses have expiry date so wasnt worried, and this was to be 25th June I was told. Anyway due to getting notarized documents done and work committments havent played much. Anyway the notarized documents were verifed the account was open and I have been meaning to wager and withdraw etc. I was wagering it the other day and was almost done when I thought Id double check what the exact amount left was when I was frozen out again and again asked for NOTARIZED documents. I emailed the pictures I had taken before and brought to there attention they had these. The following day still suspended and I called up to be told the bonus and all money has now been removed? SHOCKING!! Surely this casino error is not fair play? In a gesture of good will they have put my 300gbp back in and 300bonus but this is someway of what I was on prior to being thrown out AGAIN. PLEASE HELP guys , its impossible to complete wagering when your thrown out an acc hey , requesting documents they have had for months and verifed. cheers James

They told me there software screwed up and it paid hem $49,000 for every win and it was only supposed to pay h $em1500.00 for each win! ok I told Mr. Ori D. at casino on net he told him To let he says his game history which they refuse to this day to give hem he contacted Ronald Maginley Directorate of offshore Gaming he told hem they are opening this case on casino on net for possible fraud charges.I try to reach casino on net but all he get is email's saying they can not discuss this matter and that they have turn this over to there lawyers so he ask them for there lawyers email or phone # so he can discuss this with them they tell hem to contact support and around hi h same thing everytime with no closure h is also contacted Ernest Gomez in Gibraltar where casino on net now resides he Won't do anything he think he's paid off too (casino on net) address is suite 601-701 Europort Gibraltar if anyone wants to know. I will keep all who wants know posted about what Happens to Casino On net all I know Is these people are Thiefs and should Go to jail!!all I got from casino on net was $1500.00 and it took 2 months for that if anyone wants proof of anything mention above drop me a line. thanks for listening, kristin
