On the 3rd of August I won $170 withdraw-able cash from Jackpot City. The next day I received an email from one of the representatives from their department congratulating me on the wins, along with the steps to take afterwards. So I followed those instructions as said in the email. First of all I sent the I.D verification to the representative that I had spoken to via email. Their name was [email protected] but, the person who wrote the email went by the name of "Andri". Once I sent my identification to this person, they gave me the o.k and that I have to wait 2-7 days (card/bank account) and within 48hours for NETeller. That is how opt for my withdrawal to go into.
I have sent my personal identification through to them three times already now since the 4th of August because I won on the 3rd.
The third day of waiting to hear back from them, I received a phone call from someone saying that they were from jackpot city and that my documents need to be sent through, then certified but, the email I received only stated that they need:
> Copy of driver's License (front and back) or photo ID/ passport
> Copy of recent utility/ telephone bill, which is no older than 3 months ( depicting your name and residential address as proof of residency)

Now I have done every little bit they told me to do by the email and by phone and still nothing. I was also told that they would keep me upto date with everything but, after sending through all documents; I've heard nothing back from them.
I know the amount isn't huge but, that's not the point..
The point I won the money and I'd like take withdraw it out without any issues!!

Ive been told to send through my I.D and utility bills again with it certified by the government/police. Now I've had friends win from Jackpot city before and all they did was, send through a picture of their identification and the withdrawal...
