Past withdrawal time

I have requested a withdraw from Vegas Now. I requested two, less than an hour apart on the 16th of November. The later requested one has been processed but the first one is still pending. They say it’s been approved from their end and it’s delayed by Gigadat. It has now been 7 days and the casino is saying they can’t do anything about it. I have again contacted Gigadat and am being told there are no pending transactions. This is the only processing company I have ever received money from for this casino and I have never had issues in the past. I have attached the latest chat transcript which is basically them repeating the same phrases over and over, in spite of it being past their withdrawal timeframe.

I am happy to report that the funds have been successfully deposited as of this morning.

I have now been told that the withdrawal was declined by the payment provider and I need to resubmit. I do believe they should expedite this withdrawal since this has now been 8 days since the original request. I also received an email saying it requires further review, which is completely fabricated. Having to wait the same period again for withdrawing funds I was already told were verified and accepted on their end is unacceptable.

I have not received one payment of $2500CAD, despite them saying it’s been “fully processed” on their end. When asked where the funds are they tell me awaiting deposit by third party but the third party company, Gigadat, does not have any open or pending payments for my email.

As the attached documentation clearly demonstrates, the transaction was fully authorized and completed, with funds successfully transferred to Vegas Now Casino.

Upon completing the transfer, I observed the deposit reflected in my player account on VegasNow.com. However, within a mere five minutes, those funds inexplicably vanished. Immediate attempts to resolve this through Vegas Now Casino’s support channels proved futile. I encountered conflicting narratives, unsubstantiated claims of "rejection," and an alarming lack of genuine effort to address my issue.

Despite providing comprehensive evidence, including transaction confirmations, bank statements, and confirmations from both Tangerine Bank and Gigadat Inc.—Vegas Now Casino has steadfastly claimed that the transfer was "rejected due to confirmation time expired." This assertion is not only false but also deeply insulting. It disregards the documented truth and speaks volumes about their operational integrity.

As the CEO and Operations Manager <removed>, I operate a business built on trust, transparency, and customer satisfaction. It is appalling to encounter such a flagrant violation of these principles, especially when it impacts my personal financial dealings. The time and resources I have wasted trying to resolve this matter are unacceptable, and the dismissive attitude of Vegas Now Casino’s support staff has only amplified my frustration.

Therefore, I implore ASKGAMBLERS.COM to intervene in this matter with utmost urgency. A thorough investigation into Vegas Now Casino’s business practices is warranted, and I demand immediate action to recover my stolen funds. Their behavior is not only unacceptable but also potentially indicative of broader fraudulent practices that should be exposed.
