Hi, I would like to receive my money because I am waiting for since 2 months. I am really fed up.
My username on vegas days casino is gavasci95 and I made a withdrawal of 65€ on 27/12/2014 and I am still waiting to see my money!
I sent the documents needed and my account was verified, so why don't you pay me?
Please pay me!
Let me know as soon as possible.

Yes, I received my money on my neteller account.
I received 60€ because there are 5€ fee.

Your withdrawal was set to go out by Thursday, seeing as there was a delay, we asked that it be sent right away. You should be seeing it in your Neteller account shortly (minus fee).

No payment received, support in unresponsive

I met the criteria and tried to widthdraw my £135 into my netteller account. It said all ok. Then next time I tried to login my vegas days account (MATTYCUK123) was blocked and now 40 days later I still have not received my funds. I called them twice. Both times I was told my account manager would be in touch. I've heard absolutely nothing for weeks and now feel cheated out of my money. I just want my money back and it feels like they are simply doing what they can to stop this. Please advise how you can help.

Trying to withdraw since 24 February

I have played ND 5 free promotion at Vegas Days and completed it, made 25€. Then I deposited 25€ via Neteller and requested withdrawal of 50€ on 24 February.
Sent documents 2 times on 1 March and 7 March, did not get any response.
When I asked on chat about it on 18 March, got the answer they did not receive them. Sent them again on that day and finally receive is confirmed by them. Even got the phone call from them for verification.
So from that day withdrawal should be processed within 3 weeks, according to their rules.
But 2 days ago (8 April) withdrawal is cancelled by them and funds returned to my account.
When I asked on chat why, I got no answer.
Made another withdrawal request, but this can take place forever, with no processing and no answer.
Have screenshots of deposit, withdrawal request and cancelled withdrawal.
