Vegas Days Casino - Trying to withdraw since 24 February

I have played ND 5 free promotion at Vegas Days and completed it, made 25€. Then I deposited 25€ via Neteller and requested withdrawal of 50€ on 24 February.

Sent documents 2 times on 1 March and 7 March, did not get any response.

When I asked on chat about it on 18 March, got the answer they did not receive them. Sent them again on that day and finally receive is confirmed by them. Even got the phone call from them for verification.

So from that day withdrawal should be processed within 3 weeks, according to their rules.

But 2 days ago (8 April) withdrawal is cancelled by them and funds returned to my account.

When I asked on chat why, I got no answer.

Made another withdrawal request, but this can take place forever, with no processing and no answer.

Have screenshots of deposit, withdrawal request and cancelled withdrawal.

Well the new management has closed my account as they decided to ban players from my country (Croatia). That applies for the whole group (Fiz, Vegas Days, Rockbet, Tradition, Slots Jackpot). However they have refunded my deposits instead of paying my winnings. That was 6 months ago. You can close this complaint now.
