Waiting too long for my withdrawal

Hey, I made account in vegadream casino on 10/5/2022 and deposited 100€ and used welcome bonus. Wagered it and then proceed to withdraw 300,11€ on 10/5/2022. 12/5/2022 they ask for documents and I sent them and finally 20/5/2022 I get email that my account is verified (before that I asked chat many times what takes so long). Well now I get email "Please be informed that your withdrawal is still under control by our security department for further checking which may take up to weeks." so still not getting my money and I need to wait weeks more? This can't be fair?

Withdrawal still pending

I am contacting AskGamblers to request assistance regarding a €3,000 withdrawal I requested from VegaDream on July 29, 2026, which is still pending.

My account is fully verified, and I have previously made and successfully received a €5,000 withdrawal from VegaDream without any issue. This makes the current delay particularly difficult to understand.

VegaDream has a weekly withdrawal limit of €5,000. I understand that this limit affected the timing of my withdrawal, and I was informed that my withdrawal would become eligible for processing from August 6.

However, it is now August 17, and the withdrawal is still pending. I have contacted VegaDream’s customer support several times, but I have not received a clear explanation or a specific timeframe for when my withdrawal will be processed. The responses I have received have mostly been vague or automated and have not addressed the actual reason for the delay.

I am not disputing VegaDream’s weekly withdrawal limit. I understand that such limits may affect when a withdrawal can be processed. My concern is that, even after becoming eligible for processing, my €3,000 withdrawal remains pending without a clear explanation.

I would also like to emphasize that I have already successfully received a €5,000 withdrawal from VegaDream in the past, so there should be no issue with my account or payment details that would explain such a prolonged delay.

I am therefore asking AskGamblers to assist me in resolving this matter and to help me obtain a clear explanation from VegaDream and, most importantly, the payment of my €3,000 withdrawal.

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I am submitting this complaint regarding my experience with VegaDream Casino.

I have requested a total of seven withdrawals of €5,000 each. Unfortunately, none of these withdrawals have been processed yet, and I have not received any clear explanation for the delay.

Every time I contact the live chat support, I receive the exact same response: I am told to wait another five business days. After waiting, I contact them again, and once again I am told to wait another five days. This cycle has repeated several times without any progress or meaningful information regarding my withdrawals.

I would like to emphasize that I did not use any bonuses. All of my gameplay was funded exclusively with my own deposited money, so there are no bonus terms or wagering requirements involved.

In addition, my KYC verification has already been fully completed and approved. Since my account is verified and there are no outstanding verification issues, I do not understand why my withdrawals continue to remain pending.

I believe I have complied with all of the casino's terms and conditions, and I simply expect my legitimate withdrawals to be processed without further unnecessary delays.

I kindly ask AskGamblers to assist me in resolving this matter and to contact VegaDream Casino on my behalf so that my withdrawals can be processed as soon as possible.

Withdrawals not processed after more than 3 weeks

My withdrawal from over 3 weeks ago has still not been processed.

The amount is a total of 8k euros.

I contacted customer service multiple times, but they just delayed it and came up with multiple reasons, mainly due to diligence research, etc.

KYC was successfully completed weeks ago, so that can't be the reason.
