i play on vbet for a few months. deposit quite a lot, and i have made some withdrawals. i have done full account verification.
all my deposits were by bitcoin, and all my previous withdrawals were bitcoin.

on Apr 1 I tried to withdraw, but the bitcoin option was not available. i sent message to support, this was their unhelpful response.

"Dear customer, Hello. Thank you for contacting us. We would like to inform you, that in "Withdraw" section you can kindly get acquainted with all the payment systems available at the website. Currently you may use only those methods. Should you require further help or assistance please do not hesitate to get back to us and we will gladly answer any additional questions. Best regards, Support Team!"


One of the options available was Neteller, so I made withdrawal this way.
I got this response.

"Dear customer, Hello. We would like to inform you, that your withdrawal request via Neteller system has been cancelled. Please make a request through the system, you have a deposit with. Best regards, Support Team!"

When I went back to withdraw again bitcoin was option, so on Apr 2 I withdrew $10,000.

I got this reply,
"Dear customer, Hello. Thank you for contacting us. Kindly be informed, that your withdrawal request through CryptoPay system has not been confirmed yet, as your playing account is being checked at this moment. Please wait till the checking process is over. Best regards, Support Team!"

I send email every day asking when will be paid. each time i get same response like this
"Dear customer, Hello. Thank you for contacting us. We would like to inform you, that your withdrawal requests have not been processed yet, as your playing account is currently under review. Kindly wait. We apologize for the inconvenience. Best regards, Support Team!"

On Apr 5 I make another withdrawal of $10,000.

More emails asking when both withdrawals be paid.
Same response about account under review.

it be many days now, and feels like they wont pay.

i continue play, and win more. i have $25,000 still on my account after the two withdrawals.
