Joined the site about 2 weeks ago I only ever play blackjack on the casino platforms. Occasionally I might play starburst.
Anyway 3 sessions 3 wins not huge amounts but profit is profit.
On the 4th occasion the blackjack platform would not load. I re-started my tablet and again tried to load blackjack no joy would just not load keep looping.
I raised a ticket via the online contact but to date they are refusing to give a satisfactory explanation. They replied to the email but just would not give me an answer. On this occasion because blackjack wouldn't load I had a £20 fourfold that won. I raised a ticket about the cash out not be available for almost all of the duration of the match play. They happily responded to that but wouldn't address the non loading of the blackjack.
So I'm thinking have they Vbet deliberately block blackjack from loading on my tablet.
Now the test will be when I manage to get access to another tablet to check if blackjack will load on that equipment.
I have the emails sent and the replies and will gladly post them up but I need to give them Vbet the benefit of the doubt by using an additional tablet 1st.
Maybe if someone from vbet is reading this message would be nice to get a reply via email from them < email removed >.
