I won in Vavada 17200 EUR.
I made two withdrawals of 5000 EUR, the total is 10000 EUR.
While waiting for my withdrawals, my account with my email <removed> was blocked. The account was blocked on April 18.
I tried to ask the support why they blocked my account, but they don't say why they blocked my account; they only say I need to wait.
I have screenshots of my win and all messages from support.
I need to know why they blocked my account and need my winnings.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Vavada Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.
Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.
We're writing to inform you of the final outcome of the investigation concerning your account.
Following a review of the relevant gameplay, transaction history, and technical records in cooperation with the game provider, we have established that certain game rounds on your account were affected by a software bug / technical malfunction. As a result, those rounds did not represent valid gameplay and the winnings generated from them cannot be treated as legitimate winnings.
Under Section 21 of our Terms and Conditions, which governs software bugs, malfunctions, errors, and similar technical issues, Vavada is entitled to void gameplay results and adjust the account balance where winnings were generated as a result of such malfunction or error.
In addition, Section 15 of our Terms and Conditions prohibits the use, attempted use, or exploitation of software bugs, system errors, technical vulnerabilities, or any other malfunction affecting the normal operation of the platform or games. Where gameplay or winnings are connected with such circumstances, Vavada is entitled to take the necessary corrective measures, including cancellation of affected winnings and adjustment of the account balance.
Based on the investigation findings, the winnings generated from the affected rounds have therefore been voided. The pending withdrawal requests connected with those winnings will not be processed, and your account balance has been adjusted to exclude the invalid winnings. Taking into account executed withdrawal requests totaling EUR 3,860, there is no positive balance remaining on the account to which you could legitimately be entitled once the invalid winnings had been removed in accordance with Sections 15 and 21 of our Terms and Conditions.
This decision concerns only the rounds affected by the identified software bug / technical malfunction. It does not affect any legitimate gameplay or funds that are not connected with the affected rounds.
Our decision is final under the internal complaints process.
