Money balance changes strangely

On September 5th, I requested a €400 withdrawal to my Visa card. The casino marked the transaction status as "Processed" and provided Scheme ID: 386248314530277.

​The funds never arrived in my bank account (Paysera). When contacted, Paysera issued a formal written response stating that no incoming transaction exists in their system and that only the sender can initiate a payment trace.

​I have provided Vavada support with:

​Official PDF bank account statements showing non-receipt.

​Full screenshots of Paysera's written denial, including the support agent's email and contact details.

​Despite this, live chat support repeatedly closes conversations, ignores the submitted evidence, and insists on impossible bank documents.

​I request Vavada management to manually intervene, launch an official payment trace with their acquiring bank to locate the stuck funds, and process my withdrawal.

I am contacting you regarding my withdrawal of 600 PLN from Vavada.

The withdrawal is marked as completed in the Vavada system. However, I have received only 10 PLN in my account. This means that 590 PLN is still missing.

For the past week, I have been trying to resolve this issue with Vavada’s customer support. Unfortunately, I have only been told that they are waiting for a response from their payment system, without providing any clear explanation or resolution.

I would therefore like to ask AskGamblers to assist me in resolving this matter and help me recover the remaining 590 PLN from my withdrawal.

I won in Vavada 17200 EUR.

I made two withdrawals of 5000 EUR, the total is 10000 EUR.

While waiting for my withdrawals, my account with my email <removed> was blocked. The account was blocked on April 18.

I tried to ask the support why they blocked my account, but they don't say why they blocked my account; they only say I need to wait.

I have screenshots of my win and all messages from support.

I need to know why they blocked my account and need my winnings.

On January 18th,2026 at Vavada casino I made three seperate withdrawals at 5-48am, 6-24am and 6-30am worth 160, 90 and 30 euros each. According to Vavada casino's Terms and conditions 8-14-5 and also confirmed by live support, all withdrawals should be processed in 24 hours. After waiting for more than 24 hours, today on January 19th I contacted Live support asking whats the issue, why havent I received my withdrawals. I got an answer not providing any information,reason or a time frame off possible processing of my withdrawals. Was told to contact them later if i dont receive my money still. After aboutt 5 hours and in total more than 30 hours of my withdrawals still processing, I contacted support again. Got the same terrible service of no information provided, just again being told to wait. Support does not care to provide me with any information for example why are the withdrawals stuck. Whose responsible- casino, my bank or me. No time frame. It's 280 euros being delayed well past the maximum processing time. No help from live support with even simple information that in my opinion I should have every right to have. Im left just waiting. Not knowing if it will be couple hours,days, weeks or if i will receive my money at all.

The funds never reached my bank account. I have repeatedly provided full bank statements as proof that the money was not received.

Despite this, for the past several weeks, the support team has kept telling me to wait for the “payments team” and continues asking me for the same information over and over again, without any progress or resolution.

I believe I have been patient and cooperative, but the lack of transparency and repeated delays are unacceptable. I am requesting AskGamblers’ assistance in helping me receive my rightful withdrawal of 3800 from Vavada Casino.

And I have every proof they promised me a refund, and I have proof of everything that the money never came through. I have statements from the bank, no money came through

I had an account at vavada casino which I used for over a year. Once when I tried to withdraw, I saw that I could not find Palestine as my country. So I sent them an email and told them I am from Palestine and it is not listed, they replied back saying” you can choose any country “!

I recently figured out that it is a prohibited country! So I contacted them. They accused me of having duplicate accounts and they refused to refund although they are the ones who created a duplicate account for me because i also used to work as an affiliate for them. Now they refuse to refund me or pay me any of my winnings.

They also refuse to provide any information regarding their license.

First they allowed me to play from a restricted country and they told me "It's okay you can choose any country".

Then they tell me to create multiple accounts. (I already told them I have an account but they deleted it and created a new account, check the screenshots please).

I need your help. Is this legal? How can we stop such acts? And please let all the gamblers know about this issue.

Dear Team, in August 2022 I registered an Account at Vavada Casino. While registering, I only Had to Set a password, the Nickname given by them, e-mail address and the country I live in. This year in December 2022 I made my first deposit at them, a total of 725€. The luck wasn't mine and I searched for some responsible gaming settings. When I ready the due terms an conditions, I recognized Point 4.4 which says that players from Germany are not allowed to register and that german transactions do not proceed. While registering, IT was Not possible to See, that my Country IS restricted, I could select Germany as my country in the list. I don't know why they give you the possibility to choose a land which is not allowed to play, normally when you try to register in a Casino which don't allow your country IT says Access restricted when you visit the page, or there is no possibility to choose your country during registration, so you recognize that you are not allowed. But there was No Chance to See and even If they say, they don't proceed German transactions, they did Take 725€ from me, against their own Terms and conditions. They should not have allowed me to Register or even Not allowed the Transactions.

I asked them to Close my Account (which they did) and refund my deposits, but they only said IT IS my fault, I have to Check the restricted countries. In my mind, this is unfair and Not correct, they we're Not allowed to accept me AS a Player neither to accept my deposits.
