My $850 Withdrawal Request Still Not Processed After Weeks


I was told that payment request would be handled within ten days of your last request. I am waiting for this to be processed, along with numerous chat communications in regards to two payments that were issued for payment to their third party on May 11th and May 16th. I have tried to call the 1-800- number they advertise and only reached a person two times. Always instructed to leave a message and no one returns the call.

Not blaming you in any way, so please don't misunderstand...

When players issue complaints here at AskGamblers, it's always best to leave the issue with me. I work directly with our Payments Manager--things within other departments are not always noted as they should be and at times going through other departments can create greater delays and confusion.

I'm telling you this, as I was essentially the last person to learn that you did finally receive the wire. Had you come to me first, I could have already sorted this for you. Just telling you for future reference and again, please know I'm not blaming you. ;-)

In any event, I spoke with our Payments Manager and your payment will be sent off to our processor, this morning.

I'm so sorry for all of the headaches you've had with this.

I think it is terrible that the representative (Tawni) replied to you and me stating that she still needs a copy of my bank statement in order to move forward with my $850.00 wire. I have sent statement last week of May informing them that I do not get another statement until after June 17th, that would show the $397.00. I also notified all departments and responded to your site that the wire for $397.00 was FINALLY received June 1st after numerous weeks of being told I should receive it. There is no reason to ask me to send another statement, and also have me wait until I receive a statement, which will be after June 17th to prove funds they know and i also know i received.
I just spoke with Antonio in customer service that assured me that my account was approved and going to be sent for payment today or tomorrow. He also confirmed that I received the previous wire for $397.00 that they are constantly asking me if I received. I have told over 6 people already that I RECEIVED THAT WIRE. I am very upset to receive this reply about another bank statement. This will delay an already 2 month delay even longer just to prove something they know I already received, and they can verify it other ways instead of constantly asking for a bank statement. I have been told many things since May 3rd about this last payout. I pray the rep that spoke to the payments department gets this wire sent out today. I was also lied to and told that this $850.00 wire was already sent on June 5th. Had I known they were going to pull the statement game again, I would not have waited up til the 14th to complain again, just to be asked if I received the $397.00 wire again. Please have (Tawni) look further and send my payment. All payouts have been received for the last time, EXCEPT for the $850.00 wire that I was told went out June 5th. Please reply. I was assured to call back tomorrow to make sure they sent it out.


This message was sent 6/4/18 to my email. I replied and asked for a confirmation that it is was sent and have not heard any response .

I was a bit surprised by your most recent reply and immediately, I looked into this. Unfortunately, there was a bit of confusion on Mick's end and was incorrect in what was told to you.

As I previously explained, we do need to wait on that next bank statement from you. Once we have this, we'll be able to move forward.

Please send this over as soon as you receive it.
