I am a VIP level 4 with Planet7. I have played there for over a year. I have made multiple withdrawals in the past. They have always been slow but it always seemed that you would eventually get your money. But 8 weeks is to long regardless of any situation. I had two withdrawals approved on the same day. One came four weeks later(about normal) and the other is still pending. I have complained multiple times but they always say that it is being "escalated." I have another withdrawal from three weeks ago that I am now equally concerned about. I enjoy this site and it is a shame I have to get on here to express my frustration.

I'm very sorry for the delays you've experienced with this and I've already sorted things out for you...

Your payment was sent off to be processed, yesterday. With this in mind, I would expect to see tracking on this by the end of this coming week. Once your tracking comes through, I'll come back to update this thread.
