Withdrawal was finally approved on 10/6, almost 2 months after requesting payout.

I spoke with live chat last week and was told that my request would be "escalated" to someone in accounting.
I've deposited hundreds of dollars at this casino and am disgusted by this. I've never had issues anywhere close to this caliber at other casinos I play at. I simply want my winnings...
