Approved $1075 withdrawal not received


I was approved to receive my $1075 Withdrawl from Planet 7 Casino back on 6/5/2017 but have still not received it. They have all the documentation needed and I have the email that states their approval. I have not received any contact regarding this since the email but have tried to contact them. Please help! Thank you!

I'm very happy to tell you I've received your tracking and I see that your payment is set to be delivered today (Wednesday) before 10:30 AM. :-)

Regarding the 'skilled player' status, this is really not something I deal with. My suggestion would be to speak directly with your VIP manager, who will be able to look into this further for you.
