$100 not paid since December 25th 2017


I won $100 on December 25th 2017 on planet7 casino and tried to withdraw. I sent in the requested documents multiple times and followed all their requests but still nothing was sent to me. When I try to log into the website it says "Player Login Restricted". I am hoping this post will have them send it. Thank you.
