This has been an ongoing case for me, 1st began when trying to get the casino to release the funds, needless to say the checks of $2380 & $205.77 were mailed out and received early February, I deposited checks in my personal bank account and was informed today March 3rd that there are no funds in the account listed to cash the checks, I sent previous emails to the casino and no reply, called and left messages to return my call and no reply, you would think receiving the checks would be the end of this long ordeal, yet it's only the beginning, I'm just wanting to get paid what is rightfully mine, the accounts that the amounts were to be debited from are no good, as my bank informed me, they do not exist, this is definitely a first for me, I just want this to be over, if by any means possible I would like the funds to be wired directly into my account, at this point I feel like I've come to a dead end, please help me get what is rightfully mine and put an end to this nightmare. From what I thought was a great online experience has by far turned into my worst nightmare. If only the casino would just follow thru with what they tell their customers. Is a real disappointment.
