This has been an ongoing case for me, 1st began when trying to get the casino to release the funds, needless to say the checks of $2380 & $205.77 were mailed out and received early February, I deposited checks in my personal bank account and was informed today March 3rd that there are no funds in the account listed to cash the checks, I sent previous emails to the casino and no reply, called and left messages to return my call and no reply, you would think receiving the checks would be the end of this long ordeal, yet it's only the beginning, I'm just wanting to get paid what is rightfully mine, the accounts that the amounts were to be debited from are no good, as my bank informed me, they do not exist, this is definitely a first for me, I just want this to be over, if by any means possible I would like the funds to be wired directly into my account, at this point I feel like I've come to a dead end, please help me get what is rightfully mine and put an end to this nightmare. From what I thought was a great online experience has by far turned into my worst nightmare. If only the casino would just follow thru with what they tell their customers. Is a real disappointment.

I'm sorry for the difficulties you've been having with this--it's unclear why your bank has not been able to clear the funds, as the funds on our side are definitely available.

I'll need for you to contact Elena, our Escalations Manager so we can sort out another form of payment. I've contacted you via private message (here at AskGamblers) with Elena's contact information.

Thankyou for your response in this matter, as I stated in the complaint, that's what I was told and there has been no update from my bank stating that the funds are available or have cleared on that matter, I hope you can understand my frustrations in this matter as for a 1st timer, this is not the experience I had hoped for nor wish to ever go thru this again. I would like to have this matter resolved as quickly as possible. I will contact Elana & provide her with what ever informationit that you need from me in order to have those funds cleared & in my account.
