On November 27th I requested a payout via bitcoin for $425.00 from uptown aces. I have had several payouts in the past and no issues. So I expected this one to be completed the same and no later than dec 3 or 4th to be approvaled and payed out. When it was still under review on the 3rd I emailed them and asked why and received an email back on dec 5 saying that due to things out of their control my bitcoin withdrawal was delayed and thanked me for my patience. The next day (6th) I sent another email asking why my payout was still listed as under review if it was out of their control and I have heard absolutely nothing back and my withdrawal is still listed under review.
