Delay with my withdraw and no explanation


Hi. I play in Tsars casino last year and always I make a Withdraw is very faster but yesterday i have make a withdraw and the problems begin.

I have make a withdraw 18/09 2h37 a.m for my neteller 2000€ and after 35 hours I still haven't received any payment.

I contacted the casino's support several times, who always recommended several versions, giving me the expectation that everything would be resolved quickly and that my withdrawal request would be submitted for verification by the financial team. Time passed and nothing.

Today, the 19th, I still had €319 in my account and I made a withdrawal request using the same method (Nettler) and it was approved at the same time. The 2000€ are in trouble and the 319€ are not?

After this I read the casino's terms and conditions and the terms indicate that all requests are processed in order of entry into the queue within a maximum of 24 hours, which did not happen.

All of this done by the chat agent was to further delay my withdrawal. But remember that the initial one was on 18/09 at 2:37 am where more than 35 hours have already passed.

I play every day at this casino, I lose a lot of money. I won and I deserve to receive it within the deadline I always received. I'm super respectful and respect the rules. The casino should do the same.

When i go play in some casino I see ever in ask gamblers and ask gamblers tell this casino have fastest payments.

I appreciate help for solve this because support chat tsars casino don't give me any information for solve this situation .Tell me only wait wait wait and is not correct.

Withdrawals Delay 1800 dollars
Dear Team,

I am submitting a complaint regarding my experience with Tsars Casino.

I registered a few days ago and completed the verification process successfully. My deposits via Neteller were processed without any issues, and I was able to play normally.

After playing, I requested two withdrawals via Neteller — using the same payment method as my deposits:
• $1,000
• $800

Approximately two hours after submitting the requests, I received an email stating that my withdrawal “might experience a slight delay due to a minor technical difficulty.” This message appeared to refer to the second withdrawal ($800). I replied to their email asking whether both withdrawals would be affected and whether I should resubmit the requests; however, I did not receive any response.

When I logged back into my account, I noticed that the $800 withdrawal request had disappeared entirely. It is no longer visible in my casino account or in the withdrawal history. The first withdrawal of $1,000 still shows a “processing” status.

I contacted customer support several times via live chat. I was repeatedly told that everything would be fine and that the relevant department was working on it, but no explanation has been provided regarding the missing withdrawal and no timeframe has been given.

I chose this casino after seeing positive feedback about their withdrawal processing times on AskGamblers, which is why this situation is particularly concerning.

I am simply requesting clarification and the proper processing of my withdrawals, as these are legitimate winnings and were requested through the same method used for deposits.
