250 euro withdrawal not received
Hi,
I had a withdrawal for 250 that was approved on 08/05 but I still have not receeived the funds in ny bank account.
I have received other withdrawals from the casino but not the one for 250 euros.
I have been onto support via email/chat on numberout occastions. They asked me contact my bank which I did and they said the wirhrawal was rejected as they cannot accept transfer from MoneySend, and that they send it back to the provier.
I have told this to truflip support, but they keep askin me to contac tmy bank for some kind of proof of the transactions. I have been onto 6 different people in my bank, and they informed me they cannot provide such a letter.
Eventually, Trueflip support asked me to get a bank statement, which i have arranged, and am waiting for it in the post.
I believed that if I finally send them this statement, that they will see I did not get the payment, and they said they would wait for it.
However there are after emailing me again to get onto my bank and give them RRN number which I already have, and they sisnt recognise such a number.
I just feel like this is never going to get resolved now. I have put a lot of effort into contacting my bank a number of times, and alls they can say is that the money was send back, however trueflip are saying that their provider is saying it was a success.
My bank is telling the truth as I have never received the moneies.
Can you please somehow help to get it resolved. I would think that trueflip are responsible as they would have received the monies back, but they keep pushing it back on mt to contact the bank, and the bank can do no more for me.
