Trouble with withdrawal


I requested a withdrawal for $800 on April 24th and send in my documentation. They have deposited my money back into my account a few times and when I chatted with them they said they have the documents but they haven't been entered yet. Over the weekend my money was put back into my account once again. Is there anything anyone can do to help me with this?
