Stalling $10,000 payments with no valid reason
I won $10,000.00 on Planet 7 and requested a withdrawal of my winnings on May 6, 2018. I submitted all of the documents they requested by fax. Was told once they did not receive them (even though I had a fax confirmation page), and resent the documents. So, I contacted them (by chat) on May 14, 2018 and was told that everything had been approved on May 11, 2018 and that there guidelines are: 3 business days to be approved, then another 7 business day to be sent, plus delivery time. So, I contacted them again on May 23, 2018 and told everything was ready to be mailed out and to contact them again on Monday, May 28, 2018. I said that that was Memorial Day here in the states and that I would contact them again on the 29th. So, today, May 30, 2018, I contacted them again and was told that they needed to verify my user name, address and date of birth. I told them I had done that last week, but okay and provided my information again. Was told that should be mailed soon, but they could not tell me when. I said is this all of the money, and they said no...withdraws were divided into 4 withdraws based on you can only withdraw $2,500.00 at a time. I said no problem. What about the other $7,500.00. They said that would have to be processed. I said, so here we go again...another 30 plus days. He said most likely. So, if I ever get paid from Planet 7 at all...looks like it will be August of September of 2018 before they pay the full $10,000.00. I mailed a birthday gift to a friend from the U.S. to Scotland and she had it in 6 days. Excuses Excuses. So, can anyone tell me the status and quit telling me the same thing they have told me each and every time? I have screen shots of all chat conversations and my withdraw requests.
