Payment has gone on for far too long


I've given this particular site, far too long to pay this small amount they owe me.

Even the "customer service" agents I speak with act shocked when I call on a monthly basis to inform them that I still haven't been paid.

My slew of documents were approved on March 22, 2017. At which point I made a withdrawal for $500.00.

A month goes by, still no money. I go back in and see that they've put the money back in my account. After several phone calls, they finally inform me I'm good to withdrawal again.

I decided to burn a few more spins over the next few months and finally attempt another withdrawal of $420.00 on July 15th, 2017. Waited a few weeks, and finally it said the check was cut and I should be receiving it in another 10 business days! Around the 1st week of August.

I'm excited, ready for my check. Going to the mail box like a kid a Christmas for the next month.

Here we are halfway through October and still no check. Sure enough the website has very little evidence of my withdrawal and are seemingly "brushing it under the table". The last time I called, about 3 weeks ago, I begged the British guy who picked up the phone just to send me HALF my money and I'd leave them alone.

Considering hurricane Irma ruined my house, any money they send me would feel like a victory at this point.

Update:

Check was delivered via Fed Ex 10/24.

Deposited check this morning following the instructions in the email. Fingers crossed that it will clear!!!!

Okay, when do you think the tracking number will be ready? Should be pretty soon since you sent it to processor 5 days ago.

I absolutely understand your feelings on this--I'm sure I'd feel similarly.

I didn't want your issue to expire while waiting for your tracking, so I'm just popping in to keep this alive. I'll be back just as soon as your tracking comes through. ;-)
