Withdrawal sent to wrong account
I specifically asked for a withdrawal to be sent to a Visa Debit and this company took it upon itself to submit it to a frozen Skrill Mastercard (which, I should add, I did not deposit with).
When that withdrawal was inevitably blocked by Skrill, TheOnlineCasino’s robots decided to reschedule another withdrawal to the same card I had not requested it be sent to.
And now, on a Saturday, I am told that there is no human help available to put this right.
