Withdrawal not processed for 2 weeks


Almost 2 weeks for my withdrawal request.

No email stating my failed methods.

Nobody will help me on chat even messing around with me ignoring me, closing chat, and switching agents.

Every day they tell me " it will be processed tomorrow" Nobody is helping me resolve my issue.

I'm going crazy. Even one agent told me to deposit the minimum to get bank info and it was a lie.

I deposited for nothing.

Please help

So, the player placed her original withdrawal request on 19.06.2024 and cancelled it the next day.
Then she changed her mind and put in the WD request again, and cancelled it again on 21.06.2024. Again on 21.06.2024, she decided to put in another withdrawal request which we tried to pay but it failed then we tried 2 more times and failed again on 24.06.2024 and 27.06.2024. We also requested an alternative method to try and pay her back and waiting for her feedback.
