Hi i won a jackpot on tangiers casino totalling my balance to $4400. I contacted the live chat representative just to double check if i have met my wagering requirements because i have been playing for few hours. I was told i have met all requirements for the wagering and that the whole funds in my account ($4400) is all my to withdraw if i wish. I then proceeded to complete all my verification requirements. Once i had done everything all of sudden i was locked out of my account. Contacted customer support through email and was told account closed and they dont have to give me a reason why so dont bother trying contact them again to enquire about issue any more. Im quite shocked at this and cant seem to get an answer as to why this is happening? B4 i win when im depositing and losing then my acc seems to b fine. Soon as i win a jackpot... account closed and disabled??!!!! Not very fair is it? Plz help me..

Please note that we looked into it and found that our Security Department had to close your account according to the following rule in our Terms and Conditions:

2.1.12. Each User is allowed to open only one account. Use of more than one account per physical User is known as “multi-accounting”, which is strictly prohibited. Upon discovery of a User with multiple account, all affiliated accounts of the User will be immediately cancelled including the cancellation of any transactions of the multiple accounts.

Due to the fact that the aforementioned rule does not allow our members to have more than one account open on tangierscasino.com, we will unfortunately be unable to enable the accounts in question.
