Hi my names melissa < personal info removed >. I came across tangliers casino online and signed up. I started eecieving emails from tangiers stating I have 25 free spins. I would get these every couple weeks or so. I decided to play my free spins and won around the $25 mark.i changed games within tangiers a couple times . I then came across a game I not only enjoyed but also had luck on. originally I after a little while of playing I won $2000 I was stoked. I wanted to withdrawl and a option popped up in order to withdrawl i had to verify myself by making a deposit,which i didn't have a problem with at all. when i tried to make a deposit from my card it kept saying declined which i thought was strange as i had money in the bank..

i seemed help from the live help team whom advised me that i could verify myself via email. i sent a email to the email address but sadly did not get a response. i then found a option in the side menu to verify myself in the side menu bar. i followed the instructions and uploaded my card,my i.d and my proof of address.

whilst waiting for those documents to be verified i decided to play a bit more. over the next few days I played my winnings went up and down,then to my amazement I found myself to be looking at winning total of $26000. I was so happy I could not believe it. I checked to see if my documents had been verified, strangely my bank card was successful,my I.d and proof of address had been refused so I attempted to take another photo and upload those. during the wait for my documents I then decied to play a bit more. I almost fainted to find I had won more $60000. once again my documents had been refused and now the deposit option had disappeared aswell. so I left it till the next day as I was in absolute shock.

the following day I logged into my account to see my balance was sitting at $0.00 and I couldn't understand where it had gone so I seemed advise from the live help option.

the operator advised me to log out then log back in. so as the help operator advised I logged out then logged back in only for a message in red writing to appear stating I had been blocked from my account. I emailed asking tangiers what was going on just to be ignored for a couple of days then when I finally got a reply it stated that my account was closed due to inconsistencies and that they will not reverse this decision. I then emailed again asking what were the inconsistencies but have not had a reply or been contact from tangiers again. I am angry,shocked and disappointed that this is happened.i feel as if I have been a victim of daylight robbery. I have lost all trust in online casinos as I'm worried this may happen again. I strongly believe that tangiers have closed my account so that they do not have to pay me out. I won the money fair and square and would like this rectified as soon as possible, I would also like tangiers casino to be exposed so that other people do not fall victim to the same issue

Please note that we have looked into this matter and found that your account has indeed been disabled, due to the fact that the Security team identified more than one account that you had on the website, as per the following rule from the Terms and Conditions page of the website:

2.1.12. Each User is allowed to open only one User Account. Use of more than one Account per physical User is known as “multi-accounting”, which is strictly prohibited. Upon discovery of a User with multiple Accounts, all affiliated accounts associated with the User will be immediately cancelled alongside any transactions on the multiple Accounts.

We have also checked the balance that you are referring to and no withdrawal requests have been placed on your account since registration (your account was never fully verified due to the fact that the documents that you have provided the Security team with were invalid).

Please also keep in mind that since there were no deposits made on the account, the free bonus that you have played last (the 6th free bonus received on the account before making a first deposit) was unfortunately not cashable, according to the following rule from the Bonus Rules page of the website:

1.1.7. Only the first free spins/free bonus applied on the player's account are part of the Sign-up offer. Any subsequent free spins or free bonuses received before making the first deposit are not considered withdrawable and winnings will be voided.
