I have made 4 withdrawal requests now and they all have been returned to my balance with no explanation or email, i have to keep going on chat to find what the reason is which i know they are just stalling from paying in hopes i play and lose it all.
Every time its something different and i keep telling them is there anything else you need for me to verify and approve my withdrawal they all say no your all good.
So today the 28/03/2019 was the 4th time they returned my money back to my balance and i went on chat to ask them whats the issue now and they said that payout decline: missing voucher for the credit card ending in 1086.
So i told them i have sent all the documents and filled out all the forms including my credit card ending in 1086 which are all uploaded in one email sent to you, how can you not have received it if you approved my other credit card and my id which is all in the same email, doesn't make sense i told them your just stalling and finding any excuse not to pay. Chat said well accounting said that's what they are missing so send that form and then once approved make another withdrawal.
So anyways i sent them the form again today for my credit card that they said was missing and i have made my 5th withdrawal Request now and have to wait another 5 business days to find out what the next issue is going to be.
Its already been a month since i made my first withdrawal its honestly so frustrating.
Can anyone please help me, its truly unfair i have spent a lot of money on this site and lost it all and finally i have won some money back and then have to go through this frustrating process.
I just want my withdrawal to finally be approved and receive my winnings.
Ill make an update on here next week with my situation.
