Keep cancelling my payment

After being called non-stop to come back to Tangiers. I played and deposited (they're always happy take your money) and won $3700. Withdrawing the 1st time (account fully verified) I waited the 5 business days, to find withdrawal cancelled and returned to my account. (Great tactic to use on a gambler and make them play more) I then was told to change withdrawal facility, I did this, waited 5 business days and again funds returned to account. Now again I was asked to withdrawal and told that Security has to check the withdrawal and I have to wait 10 business days more. Attached docs to show proof of account, money accepted after withdrawal request, and account verification.
NOT ONCE have I received any correspondence, I have spoken to chat and emailed 5 times with no replies. They should not be allowed to accept deposits if they are not going to honour the withdrawal, All accounts should have to be verified prior to deposit so this does not happen.

As far as payment, I have now received

Although I will still comment on the BS that Tangiers continues to send out to me regarding my withdrawal. Reading above you see that Tangiers says they don't offer LITECOIN withdrawals. Yet you can see on my statement that they allow you to submit a withdrawal request through Litecoin, but they don't pay out in Litecoin, only Bitcoin. (They call it CUBITS to get away with it.)

How is there a button to withdraw in Litecoin if you don't offer the service. DELAY TACTICS TO GET US TO PLAY,

So they are fraudulent in offering a method of withdrawal that does not exist - Makes you wait the first 5 business days to process, then cancels it without contacting the customer. Then you have to withdraw again, wait another 5 business days,

This is all a ploy to make problem gamblers spend their winnings.

The longer they take the more chance of us coming in and losing it all.

Sorry, Tangiers but that is completely untrue. I was a confirmed account prior to the withdrawal request. You called me constantly to come back.

The issue you say is to check the system is ok, shouldn't that be done already?
If your casino does not meet international laws how can you operate?

No other casino cancels payments without notifications or emails. Not once, Not twice but three times to then be told you need to check your casino's actions (of an algorithm designed, licensed and approved to operate?)
And that is has anything to do with me or my identification. It is a casino issue, not a player one.

You design this so we come back, see a balance and play and then lose our winnings.

The request to withdrawal into the same account I paid in Litecoin, was declined by you and removed without notice. Was told to use Bitcoin instead, only after asking as you don't inform your customer of the cancellations and LTC only for deposits?
Wait 5 more business days, and it was cancelled again. (Now 11 business days) ZERO CONTACT FROM TANGIERS.

Told to attempt withdrawal again for the THIRD TIME. With NO CONTACT and now this. (Now 20+ business days)

Then told I am part of some random check (same as all complaints to Tangiers) that will now take 10 more business days and I am to request the withdrawal process again. Not fast-tracked, Not put to the front on the line. Not auto put back into a withdraw, Left for the gambler to do.

So they can check if what? Their algorithm is not ripping us off enough? If their system works and is legal it should not need to be verified by the customer's expense. Take the game offline and check it before you allow people to play. Simple.

You have declined my payment for no reason yet you are happy to take more deposits? How is that legal? If you are confirming one payout - How can you keep accepting deposits when you know that the account has issues. (Issues you create to slow payouts)

The only reason (again all over your complaints pages) is that Tangiers understands problem gambling and takes advantage of it. They purposefully decline payments so you keep logging in to check. and they hope you will cancel and keep gambling. It works. I spent more, but due to this, I refuse to give them another dollar.

See images. You accept money when there is an issue (so you say) with the account.

Why do online Casino's change the rules to suit themselves but never to fix a problem? All you have to do is pre-approve deposits and withdraws prior to allow playing. Then all these issues would not exist. If your machines are not calibrated to be legal, then why are you allowed to operate?

Stalling withdrawal and lack of communication
Over a week ago I was lucky to win big on one of Tangiers slots ($36000) after wagering my bonus. I already had a verified account and was told (after my withdrawal request on 21/6/2022) it was recommended I do a CC voucher form so I went and hand wrote the CC voucher form and supplied tedious and large amounts of personal information of things such as bank statements, pictures of me holding identification, proof of address and proof of income. I received an email stating that my documents have been approved and added to my file, I then forwarded the email from one department to another to make sure both accounts and security had the documents.

I then waited 5 days and had some communication with accounts/security team via email but the emails they sent me never answered my questions and they were very short and brief, I contacted in-game chat nearly everyday and they gave me the 'run-around' treatment and played dumb "your problem is with accounts team", "Your withdrawal should be processed by today", "Please be patient", "Fingers crossed your withdrawal gets reviewed sooner!" and "Contact accounting as this matter is not with our group".

Today is the 6th day and I am becoming very frustrated with the lack of support from Tangiers Casino and the long stalling methods used. I am a big depositor, I have been payed out before but not this big. Additionally I want to mention the withdrawal limit is $4,000 per week unless you are 'master tier'. From my last withdrawal I can recall If for some reason they require more information it resets your 5 day withdrawal waiting period again, additionally you can only have up to 2 pending withdrawals, and from experience when they approve the first withdrawal they return the second pending withdrawal back to your playable balance. I have been a loyal and long time player at Tangiers and have no issues except for this withdrawal processes to stall the players as much as possible in the hopes for them to play the balance down.

I have tried multiple times over the last three weeks to withdraw my winnings of $1650 to be declined each time. The 1st time I submitted I received the following email on the 4th of December.

To which I submitted the documents requested and asked if needed additional information. I then asked on the live chat what more I needed to do as I did not want this to happen again. On the 5th I received this email

I resubmitted a withdrawal request on that day after having the discussion with live chat. Only to be declined the following week on the 10th. I received this email

To which I responded and submit the form requested. And asked if they needed additional information. I then received the following email

Keep rejecting withdrawals

I've been trying to withdraw winnings since 13th October. I started trying to withdraw $200 but was told it was declined for reason given below.

The last time I had a withdrawal it was just as hard, as they keep declining. My account says it's fully verified, and it even say on 22/10/21 that my bank account statement had been accepted. Now they are going into something in the fine print which seems to be just another stalling tactic. I have sent in everything to confirm my name, address, bank details as asked for, and have deposited many times with no issues at all, never questioned.

I even tried withdrawing via Bitcoin as it says it was instant but still declined. I'm at a loss as they keep coming up with new ways to decline withdrawals.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
