I submitted a withdrawal with Tangiers Casino on 03/12. In the days following they kept requesting additional documents for verification, which I have provided all of. I have several emails confirming approval of documents and they still have not paid my $3200.00. Twice now, they have returned the money to my account and their only response it that I have to wait 5 business days. I have been in contact with them and their chat representatives now just disconnect on me. Can anyone help? What steps am I able to take to get my money?
