I keep having to go on chat and only then do they tell me why (new document, screenshots, etc). This last time I was assured that everything in my account was in good order and verified account and today I find my money back in my account.
I repeat, the first verification all my document were sent and within 3 days , I got a account verified email completed.
Another 2 weeks go by and no money.
I asked chat and they said you need to signed a waiver for the credit card, which I did and 2 days I get an email saying my documents were accepted.
Since then - another 2 weeks have passed, and guess what ? My withdrawal was back in the account.
I have sent over 6 emails to their accounting and finance department, and no one ever replied ! Never !
The chat agent last week told me to request the withdrawal again and yet STILL my withdrawal is still pending.
No communication from this casino whatsoever.
