Deposited a few times and played , Done my KYC ( verifired account ) with them , Played and cleared a bonus , Requested a withdrawl , 2 days was returned to my balance , asked the chat to the reason they said i had to personlly email my bank details to the accounts department so i did , Today i find again they have returned the amount to my balnce and now saying i have to fill a form out by hand take some pictures of it then i can submit another withdrawl request again , its been 2 weeks bantering back and forth

How ever i would like to add please just be more clear in future for such requirements, i really do like your casino , bonuses are great and the machines are really fun to play

Sent a statement to accounts and they said they sent it on the 20th , its been 10 days since you claimed to have sent it , please provide proof you have sent it or im going to have to assume youre lying , ive had to prove my credentials numberous times , i didnt recieve any email to confirm any withdrawls or where your sending the money to .
i guess youre hoping i will give up and you wont have to pay my winnings
