Tangiers Casino - 4 weeks of withdrawal rejections

It has been 4 weeks since I submitted my original withdrawal request, and this time I have been declined due to a ‘random certification check’.

With each withdrawal request I have submitted, I have been made to wait the whole 5 business working days only to receive a decline status due to not having submitted something to do with the verification process. At no stage am I offered all the required documents to complete the process and now that it is all finally through, I have been ‘randomly’ selected for another verification which will delay my withdrawal request for at least another 5 business days.

I have no intention of playing any of the funds back and will wait out this process, but 4 weeks to keep receiving rejections and delays with payment is excessive and an unfair process.

I have been rejected 4 times stating I require further information so far, each rejection taking 5 business days to advise.
