I request withdrawal on 29.4.2024 and after 4 days of waiting on 3.5.2024 they cancelled my withdrawal.
3.5.2024 I put new withdrawal request and same again after 4 days 7.5.2024 they cancelled my withdrawal.
My account is verified 30.4.2024.
I haven't received any help from their chat and I haven't received any information from them why they don't process my withdrawal.
