Casino not accepting my documents

I did send many different documents multiple times, which on that site said that they are ok. They asked for "proof of address" For example internet bill is fine, and there is my name and address too. I did send that plus my newest phone internet bill (PDF) as well. Also the customer service guys said that those are fine. But somehow they wont accept those. Then i did send picture of my bank page where is my full name, address. And no still nothing, it doesnt say why they are being canceled anywhere, and only emails i got from them are that my withdraw is canceled.

I try to ask customer service and they dont know anything. Then suddenly new document is needed this time its called "addional information" It did not say what it was at first then i did ask in chat they said it's 3 months of bank transactions. Then i did take 3 months of transactions made in my bank account and did send the pdf file to them. Then many days later they did cancel it, and now they need transactions made in April pdf file. But i already did whole 3 months worth of transactions already!? Then they did cancel it again after many many days, now saying in chat that it does need to have my address and name on it..

But the problem is that in my bank there isnt any name or address in transactions pdf file. They probably know that by looking at the previous bank file which i did send, to make me play the money back. I have tried emailing them but same answers as in chat so its like talking to a bot just copy pasting things. It has been soon one month since i did win and did try to withdraw my money.

All 3 other documents were accepted but those two are not. Every other casino which asked for my documents, did accepted these same documents but this one doesn't so my guess is that they want me to play the almost 1000€ back. I don't know what to do anymore. Im running out of things to send to them, why don't they just believe its me? In bank statement file which i did send there is deposit made to that casino aswell..

Verification stuck in limbo for 16 days
Hi,

My account is currently on limbo with verification for seemingly unknown reasons. I received a KYC request on 18.11.2024 to which i provided requested documents on the same day. They were accepted via site, and my account still remains unverified. This means i'm also unable to withdraw my funds valued 1900€ as the withdraw requests get automatically cancelled after 3 days each

Timeline:
- 18.11. 2024 my account received a KYC verification request. I provided all documents requested and they were accepted.

- 20.11.2024 I contacted Talismania support via email to confirm i had provided all documents correctly. The support response was that the documents were accepted and my account awaits verification.

- 27.11.2024 I contacted Talismania again to ask about the verification. The customer support stated that the verification process is still underway but could not give more information

- 4.12.2024 Today i contacted support again, my account remains unverified. Chat said that they forwarded a note onwards regarding this, and said that there's no 'notes' attached to my account that would visibly show an issue that would require action from me

I'm making this complaint to look for a resolution, as it's now been 16 days since I first provided the documents and the help center states a approximate 1-3 day timeline to verification. I haven't received any notice that something would be missing or that I would have to take any action regarding the verification.

I would like to withdraw my funds, but i'm unable to until verification is complete. My account and funds remain in limbo
