Swiss Casino - Bonus issue

I joined Swiss casino a few days ago, and went to deposit £200, then someone popped up on chat asking me how much I was going to deposit. They then offered me a £400 bonus if I was deposit £300, so i agreed and started to play. Within 2 days I got my account up to £13,000 playing roulette, and was so happy as I've recently just lost a lot of money. I then get a message to say I can't receive my money as i had violated the bonus terms.

When the person popped up on my chat, it was never said to me that roulette was a restricted game, and that my winnings would be void. If they had told me that I would never have agreed as all I play is roulette.

I have complained to the manager and his response is that the terms are on the website, and that i was sent an email explaining. The bonus went into my account without me Ever being told that there was restrictions from accepting the bonus from the person in the pop up chat.

Any help is Much appreciated, I feel empty with what they have done to me.
