Withdrawal pending at Casino for over 6 days

I am having a frustrating issue at Sushi Casino. I have had an account with them for over 6 months. My account was fully verified months ago when they required a selfie with passport a note with the corresponding date. I did withdrawals and deposits no issue.
I played two weeks ago and placed a withdrawal. Then 6 days pass and it is not processed. Their terms say 72 hours. The chat has been very very unhelpful. I was told to upload NEW selfies with a note with the corresponding date. I did this again, even though it made no sense. I then enquired with another agent about this and they said it had been a mistake and didn't need to be done? They then claimed my account was only verified three days ago? This makes no sense as It was verified months ago and I had various deposits and withdrawals.
I need AskGamblers to mediate in this instance as I am getting crossed wires on chat. They have now banned me from chat and have stated I can only use email. However I have sent numerous emails and no responses.
The amount is €400 from cash deposits. There is €350 left in the account.
I've only had positive feedback to this point but this has really ruined things.
