I ve got an e-mail message with bonus 25 euro :) i had opt in for promotion but bonus wasnt credited automatically , so i write to the support on chat , two days ago they told me that they are experincing some problems with bonuses and it will be credited for as fast as they can ,two days later i didnt get bonus and they wont even answer to may questions on chat , Worst Casino ever , ignoring customer , last answer on chat 9.36 on 1 of may!!! I have 26 euro on my acc balance wich i cant use beasuse of this bonus !!

Kindly be notified that this complaint is being reopened following the declared willingness on behalf of Calvin Casino management to do everything within their power to resolve their outstanding AGCCS cases. Dear GRAVIS11 and AskGamblers team,

We do apologize for the delayed response, however, we are willing to provide our explanations of the situation.

We have reviewed player's account and see that indeed player had made a deposit of 26 EUR on 30.04.2018 and have selected a 25 EUR bonus. Unfortunately, due to temporary technical issues, the bonus wasn't credited to the player's account automatically. We have added a bonus to a player's account on 03.05.2018 and player successfully used his balance. As a player did receive his bonus we think this complaint could be resolved.

We do apologize for the delay and the inconvenience caused.
