I have been waiting for Superior Casino to process a withdrawal for £573 since 22nd October. The casino advises that it takes 2-5 business days to process withdrawals but my withdrawal has taken longer than 3 weeks.

I expected the withdrawal process to be completed within a reasonable timeframe

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the delay in processing my withdrawal request, which I submitted on April 1st, 2025. Despite having followed all the necessary steps and meeting the required criteria for withdrawal, my funds have yet to be processed, and I have not received any satisfactory explanation or resolution.

Hi, i'm Hakim Haddad have sign up in Superior Casino ( superiorcasino.com email ID: [email protected] and username: medamine9645) and they have gives me a bonus of 25$, all support have tell me that i must finish the wagering, make a deposit and that i can withdraw that i have deposit + the amount that i have earned after finish the wager ( maximum 50$) so i have success to finish the wager with the max earn 50$ and i have also make a deposit of 25$, now i have again asked support what i must do now to ensure my money , i remember Alex from Superior Casino they have tell me Congratulations 2 or 3 times and also tell me that i can withdraw 75$. I have do this and the next day i have received an email from [email protected] asking me to sent him document to finish the payment process and ii have sent all that they have asked me. Now the surprise they have reply after 2 other days because they have waiting that maybe i reverse withdraw or i make another deposit, they have tell me that: " account has been banned. All winnings have been voided." !!! so please help me to get my money and solve this injustice and sorry it's a clear SCAM because i'm sure that all is okay and Thanks.

Slow on a $26 payout

On the 5th April I deposited $25 to Superior Casino. I was unable to deposit using Skrill so I used Neteller. In retrospect perhaps Skrill know something! I played for a short while and then to test their withdrawal system I withdrew $26.00 the next day. I did not accept any offers or bonuses so there was no 'play through' requirement. On the 20th April they asked for government-issued photo identification, a utility bill which I duly sent. (Although I don't see why as neteller have already confirmed my ID) On the 21st April they wrote "Thank you for sending the documents. We will forward them to our Security Department so they can check them." I don't know what there is to check I sent a copy of my driving licence showing my home address and a council tax bill for the same address Now on the 25th April I still haven't received my withdrawal ! If they won't pay me my winnings of $1 why on earth would I want to play there in future? I play at several online casinos and have never had any such problems anywhere else.

Not paying

I have been tryng to get $118.00 since I won it on their free chip on the 7th. I guess they said they had a problem with echeck to open a ewallet account that accepts us players so i have quicktender which is use y wallet on their site and all other sites. Now they told me 2-3 days then another 2-3 days the defiitly on the 16th which is today and now he says oh maybe around the 16 maybe friday!!!!! I am geting pissed off and probably all Rival players. I started closing my Rival sites and I am just waitig on payouts who basically are just holding mu money as I was ever told by the money broker they will deliberately hold your money as long as they want to now. So now how can you help Ihave ckose to 700$ out there procesed. Please help and please blacklist this site especially, they do not pay and all my info was aproved.
