Unfairly Banned My Account & Seized My winnings


Sugar Casino was contacted via email, where they accused me of having breached the Bonus Terms & Conditions. As a result, they closed my account and refused to pay my winnings 1611,8€. (205,80€ and 1406€)

I played with a full bonus which was 200€ deposit and I got 200€ bonus cash to my account. I played different games like Coins of Egypt, Jimi Hendrix and Guns N Roses with maximum bet which is 4€. I am sure that a large percentage of players are playing the max bet you set which is 4€. I think that I have not violated the rules at any point and my account even before the bans were identified of which I have attached a sceenshot of my mail. I do not understand Sugar Casino´s policy to defraud or to call this a violation of the rules, I have added this screenshot which also can be read in ”unfair advantage of bonuses”.

And one thing I really haven´t broken is ”Only on bonus per promotional offer is allowed per player, account, address, computer and IP address. Sugar Casino reserves the right to close any account that is deemed a duplicate account, and confiscate the funds of this account”. In my opinion, this accusation is absolutely wrong.

I require Sugar Casino to act fairly toward its players and pay me the winnings due to no breach of the rules at any time.

AskGamblers Complaints Team has been provided with enough information and evidence from the Sugar Casino management to confirm that player committed a bonus abuse and by that act breached terms below:

Bonuses offered by Sugar Casino are solely intended for genuine recreational players only. Bonus/Promotional abuse will not be tolerated. Player betting patterns and activity are constantly monitored and in case of bonus abuse, Sugar Casino reserves the right to cancel, suspend or lock any player account found guilty of abuse as well as void/revoke any pending gaming activity and refund the original deposit. Sugar Casino can also decide at its own discretion to ban any player from participating in Sugar Casino’s promotions for a definite or indefinite period of time as decided by Sugar Casino’s management.
In the event that Sugar Casino conciders any player to have cheated, taken unfair advantage of bonuses or in other ways have acted in bad faith in relation to a promotion offered on the site, we reserv us the right to block or permanantly close the players account. In the event of this Sugar Casino is not obligated to refund the players assets on the account and all will be confiscated.

Based on all of the above,  AskGamblers consider the case as Resolved and it is being officially closed now. In case of a disagreement with our decision we recommend player to seek further assistance on the matter from the relevant regulatory body.

I think it´s disrespectful of the Sugar Casino to ignore the text I kindly wrote above, and not to answer the questions it contains. It can be noted that the accusations made against me by the Sugar Casino are not correct. They do not answer my questions in accordance with the rights I have. They just override these as if they had not even been presented in the above text.

As an additional remark, can also see that they are just copying the answers to me about another accusation against them. I think they should treat each complaint fairly and not just copy their replies from one complaint to another.

I hope they will pay my winnings as soon as possible.

Please kindly provide evidence for askgamblers to be seen and iterpreted because your claim is inaccurate and completely wrong. I do not play under the name of KRIGE10 quaranteed. That can certainly also be seen from my IP address and the documents which I have sent to you several times.

In this sentence you are referring that I am the same person with this player, which is not true. I think it is unreasonable to ask Askgamblers to block my account because of this complaint. I use Askgamblers almost everyday because as a site it works great and from there you can see various casino deals that I play on different pages and so did I with Sugar Casino. The fact that you are invoking a group of gaming, and betting in games that I have played is not right. Because the games I play are definitely the most popular games that is in Sugar Casino. And the bet I use is always maximum depending on the casino. The 4€ bet is due to the rules you have drawn up and so many other players will play with the same bets as I do, or am I wrong. All the accusation you have made so far is untenable for sure.

In addition, it is also apparent that your casino will have a number of complaints that will not give you a fair deal and a good image of your service. It is unwise to blame players for the same person, especially when you have no proper proof of it, for example home address or IP address. In addition, the identity card which I have submitted to you, it can be seen clearly that it´s me and nobody else.

I assume that you are now doing the right thing and you pay me the winnings which belongs to me because your claim is false. I think you just want to make a harm for me by delaying the payment and threatening to close my user account in 5 days and then I have no chance of getting my money back.
