Unfairly Banned My Account & Seized My winnings
Sugar Casino was contacted via email, where they accused me of having breached the Bonus Terms & Conditions. As a result, they closed my account and refused to pay my winnings 1611,8€. (205,80€ and 1406€)
I played with a full bonus which was 200€ deposit and I got 200€ bonus cash to my account. I played different games like Coins of Egypt, Jimi Hendrix and Guns N Roses with maximum bet which is 4€. I am sure that a large percentage of players are playing the max bet you set which is 4€. I think that I have not violated the rules at any point and my account even before the bans were identified of which I have attached a sceenshot of my mail. I do not understand Sugar Casino´s policy to defraud or to call this a violation of the rules, I have added this screenshot which also can be read in ”unfair advantage of bonuses”.
And one thing I really haven´t broken is ”Only on bonus per promotional offer is allowed per player, account, address, computer and IP address. Sugar Casino reserves the right to close any account that is deemed a duplicate account, and confiscate the funds of this account”. In my opinion, this accusation is absolutely wrong.
I require Sugar Casino to act fairly toward its players and pay me the winnings due to no breach of the rules at any time.
