I would like to start of that my first experience at sugar casino whas really positve . I have made a deposit had a nice win of 1500 and withdrawl the amount. I was really suprised that it had bin pending for 10 minutes and was approved and in my skrill account. The reason i use skrill because i dont want ti have gambling transactions on my bankaccount. The next time i played was this saturday the first of aug i have made a deposit and won again and wanted to withdrawl my funds. Then the hassle was on !! the oprtion to withdrawl through skrill the same methode i used on sugarcasino was gone . I went on chat and asked why the option is missing , They then told me they where having issues with skrill and the IT department is working on it and will email me for furder information ,. Now 3 days later still the same story skrill stil does not show up on the withdrawl page and they are now keeping muy money hostage not even the option to take whats mine . What troubled me is that i am still able to deposit if i wanted through skrill but no change to take it out. At first i thought wauw this is a casino that is really fast en had good rtp they do i am not going to lie about that. BUt know i am thinking is this even legal ? its not even pending or something like that. Its just stuck there and everyone is telling me the same thing on support !! it will email you its bin three days i have hured nothing Looking forward ti hearing back from Eva thats the manager over there
