Problems with account verification and pending withdrawals

first of all, I would like to wish you a happy 2021.
I play on Sugar Casino from, 17-01-2020, and I like playing on Sugarcasino because it is a lot of fun. Especially when I won an amount of money on 11 december. I received an email from Sugarcasino, on 12 December, that my account was closed and that I had to verify my account by sending the necessary documents, and my source of wealth. My account would be reopened once the documents are validated, the email says.
So, I send the documents that SugarCasino asked for on 14 december. From that date I have been waiting for an answer from Sugarcasino if the documents are okey so my account can be reopened and I can get my winnings.
I have talked to live chat several times, they tell me I have to send email to support of SugarCasino, wich I already did multiple times. Live chat tolled me my documents are received so I asked when do I hear anything? Every time I get the answer that I have to be patiened, but still nothing happens.
The emails that I got back from Sugarcasino includes the same information, namely, I have to be patiened, that they send a note to the relevant department to speed up the process, and so on. It is getting very frustrating because I have been waiting for so long now, even though I send the documents directly when SugarCasino asked me to do this.
Also it is not very customer friendly in my eyes, because I have played and deposit many times on Sugarcasino and now when I win money and wanted to make a withdrawal ( around €3000,- is my withdrawal and then I still got €500,- on my balance ) my account gets closed.
So, my question to Askgamblers & Sugarcasino is, could we find a solution to this problem? So my account will be reopened and I can get my winnings that I have fairly played for.
