Not received withdrawals


Hello Askgamblers,

I requested two withdrawals at Sugarcasino, both of which were approved and I received none. I am now referring to the first payout ( 53.00 €) here. I applied for this on November 26th, 2020, it was approved on November 27th, 2020 With the information that it can take up to 3 working days until I receive the money. On the third working day I contacted the support chat for the first time and they explained to me that there was an update in the payment system, which is why the money is being sent with a delay. I was told by email that it would take up to 7 working days. On a new request in the support chat it was said all of a sudden the money was sent directly on 11/27/2020 which does not match the first statement that claims the opposite. The 3 working days, the 7 working days and also the 10 days (not working days) of the usage conditions have now passed. I still haven't received a satisfactory answer about where my money is.

As you know we did some updates in our system that caused unexpected technical issues.

However, the issue was resolved and funds were sent on 07.12.2020 and should reach your bank account within 5 working days.
